If you want to go straight into work, it's best to try and get a job with training.  This is because employers are looking more and more to employ people with higher skills and qualifications.

If you're ready to leave school and maybe do something a bit more practical but don't want to go straight into work, an Apprenticeship might be the right thing for you.

You could study for a work-based qualification, like an NVQ, which is assessed by carrying out tasks in a work environment.

If you feel you're not ready to go straight to college, training or into a job, then e2e could be right for you.  e2e gives you experience and helps you to build your confidence.
